Demos? Games? Add-ons? This week's update to the PS3's online store has it all.

On the games front, we have Proper's UFO animal herding puzzle effort Flock and Tarsier's enhanced PS3 version of Media Molecule's beloved Rag Doll Kung Fu, plus downloadable demos for Flock and Sonic's Ultimate Genesis Collection.

As for downloadable content, there's the usual Rock Band and Guitar Hero World Tour offerings, along with some LittleBigPlanet costumes to celebrate Rag Doll Kung Fu.

It was going to be "just one of those Mondays" on the internet before a trailer for Capcom's Flock! suddenly confirmed the game's Blanka cameo and saved a gaming community from early-week boredom.

"Blanka is my favorite," stammered one shaken bystander, as rescuers made their way to the scene and quickly watched the captivating footage.

Some scientists claim the Flock! trailer could have been predicted ahead of time, pointing to the game's release this week on PC, Xbox Live and PlayStation 3 as evidence.

Arriving this Wednesday on Xbox Live Arcade are two puzzlers of very different breeds, Proper Games' Flock! and Infinite Interactive's Puzzle Quest: Galactrix.

Flock! is the simple tale of a UFO herding sheep past obstacles into its mothership, whereas Puzzle Quest: Galactrix is an addictive gem-matching RPG mashup.

Round Flock! up for 1200 Microsoft Points ($15) and Puzzle Quest for 1600 ($20).

Flock! also arrives on the PC on Tuesday and PlayStation Network on Thursday. Puzzle Quest: Galactrix is due a PlayStation Network release some time later this spring.

When Proper Games' downloadable herding game Flock! arrives during the second week of April, players will find themselves forced to work in all kinds of climates. See this trailer for a demonstration of what PC, PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 owners are in for.

Proper Games' downloadable herding puzzle game Flock! will receive a staggered PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 release across the second week of April, IGN reports.

The game, which has players controlling a UFO as they attempt to herd barnyard animals through various obstacles and into the mothership, will hit PC on Tuesday, April 7, Xbox 360 on Wednesday, April 8, and debut on PlayStation 3 come Thursday, April 9.

Neither Proper Games nor publisher Capcom have provided a price point for Flock.
