From what I saw of singularity, it looks pretty cool. Like some kind of F.E.A.R. and Bioshock hybrid. Even the multiplayer looks incredibly fun, like some kind of L4D versus on steroids.

I also want to try out Sniper GW, and there was some demo a while back but I think it was leaked or at least "unofficial" because it wasn't on any of the usual sites like Fileshack, Filefront, etc. but I am seriously dieing to play a new stealth game, especially one with "realistic" sniping.

Eurogamer gave it 8/10. Eurogamer gave Wolfenstein 6/10. Also, the feedback from people who got it early seems to be very positive.

Hows the AI, is it FEAR caliber (i.e. pretty very good)?

After playing the first few levels of the game I have to say that it's exceeded my expectations. This game is much than than I thought. The atmosphere and pace were great and I love how there is plenty of stuff around in the environment to interact with.
I thought the beginning of the game felt like a mix of STALKER and Lost (the TV show).
