You can start trying out Quake Champions as early as next week. Bethesda has announced that the closed beta will begin on Thursday, April 6.
The announcement came alongside a new character trailer, this one featuring Anarki, who will be available for play during the beta. He's a particularly nimble character due to his hoverboard, and he can turn out very hearty due to a health injection that both heals and raises his max health. You can check out the character trailer below.
The initial kickoff of the closed beta is said to be limited, so it seems as if spots will be at a premium. However, more will be slowly added to the pool, so best to sign up for beta access now to maximize your chances of being caught up in one of the waves of invites. That is, if you didn't when we told you to the first time.
