The Division 1.4 update will support vanity item previews

Want to try before you buy? The Division's 1.4 update will make it so.

10

Ubisoft and Massive Entertainment are hard at work on The Division’s upcoming 1.4 update, one of which was shared on its State of the Game stream earlier today.

The State of the Game stream highlighted a new feature that will allow Agents the opportunity to preview any vanity items prior to purchasing them. This will help Agents who are trying to go for the perfect look to be able to check out their gear prior to making their official purchase.

While this isn’t exactly an update that will blow the flood gates open to bring back all players to The Division, it’s something long-time fans of the game will certainly appreciate.

Are there any changes you’re hoping will be made available in the 1.4 update? Feel free to let us know in the Chatty.

Yea that Falcon Lost instance was the worst from any game I can remember and it was universally agreed upon as just plain awful.

Game got to the point that it was painfully clear that the devs and designers did not play the game and no feedback was taken into consideration. They killed it horribly.

I still play it, but for PVP only pretty much. There's a small number of hardcore players left.

I still play it for PvE in Underground and random Incursions and stuff. Really looking forward to this update!

Nah, it's a lot more complicated than that. The rollfests where in the older versions when no one knew how to to builds and skills properly.
Now it's more about busing certain OP combinations of skills and builds.

I just started playing it co-op with a couple friends, enjoying it. I dislike PvP so the Dark Zone and player population doesn't concern me that much, but the expansion packs look promising.

I haven't touched it in months. One of these days I'll get back to it.

I really enjoyed the single player including story. Then I went into the DZ. Initially it was very fun, but the cheats I couldn't handle so ended up uninstalling the game. Kind of reminded me of my Diablo days, but back then you had to use trainers to defend yourself from cheaters.

This is pretty much how I felt.

Too many new games coming out in the next few weeks for me to be bothered to go back. Really shouldn't have bought the season pass.
