After teasing that Juri would be added to Street Fighter 5 by the end of July, Capcom confirmed at San Diego Comic-Con that she'll join the fray next Tuesday, July 26 (via GameSpot).

Capcom will push Juri through to the PS4 version of the game following server maintenance scheduled for 9am to 5am Pacific on July 26. Afterwards, both Juri and a pack featuring summer-themed costumes. "In addition to the Chun-Li and R. Mika summer outfits which are already available, we have three more outfits for Cammy, Laura, and Ibuki coming your way," wrote a Capcom employee in ablog post. "Each Premium Summer costume is priced at $3.99 / €3.99 / £3.29 and will be available on July 26th as well."

The first Korean character in Capcom's long-running Street Fighter series, Juri has been playable in SF5's Story Mode since June. Next week's update will unlock her for all modes, so you can finally pit the skills you honed in Story Mode against other humans in multiplayer.

Juri made her debut in Super Street Fighter 4. She's one of the only true evil characters in the series, reveling in darkness alongside the likes of Sagat and M. Bison. In a way, she is the antithesis of Street Fighter goody-two-shoes Ryu: where Ryu fights for honor and a desire to battle opponents who push him to expand his skills, Juri is driven by bloodlust.
