With Rise of the Tomb Raider just a few months from release, Microsoft has released a new gameplay demo of the game in action.

The new gameplay demo shown at Gamescom shows various aspects of Rise of the Tomb Raider, which includes upgrade Lara Croft's abilities as well as some of her close- and ranged-combat abilities. The video shows Lara attacking a camp with her trusty bow and arrow, a shotgun, an assault rifle, and grenades.

We also were treated to a sneak peek at the various Tombs we can expect Lara to discover in Rise of the Tomb Raider. The Tombs appear to offer a variety of challenges that requires Lara to use acrobatics, swimming abilities, and more.
