It’s been over a year since Persona 5 was first announced, and today, Atlus has finally given us an actual glimpse into its upcoming PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3 game by way of an official game trailer.

The new Persona 5 trailer shows off some more amazing animations from the game, and we finally get to see some in-game footage as we can see the protagonist walking around what appears to be a busy subway platform. daydreaming in class, and spending time with his friends.

Speaking of friends, it appears Atlus has revealed three additional characters to Persona 5: a guy with short blonde hair, a girl with blonde hair in pigtails, and a cat that looks to be the groups mascot of sorts. We also catch a glimpse of how the in-game menus look, which are looking extremely stylish.

Persona 5 is currently in development for both the PS4 and PS3 and is expected to be released in the US later this year.
