Super Smash Bros appears to be Nintendo's headliner at this year's E3, which makes sense given that the 3DS version is due this summer. Its promotional efforts will include demo stations at Best Buy stores, and a Wii U invitational tournament running alongside the expo. Nintendo has now shared details on how fans can get in to watch the tourney.
Eager spectators will have to be at the Nokia Theater Plaza at 9:30 AM PT on June 10, but Nintendo requests that fans not line up prior to Tuesday morning. It will give out 3,000 wristbands to fans, who can then go elsewhere until the doors open at 2:30 PM. The tournament will begin at 4 PM. Dressing up as a Smash Bros character could earn you priority seating for right in front of the stage.
If you can't make it to Los Angeles or just to the event, you can still watch it. Both the Twitch channels for Nintendo and E3 will stream it. And as previously reported, various Best Buy locations will be hosting Smash Bros demo stations during E3.
