The original may not have won over gamers, but Bandai Namco is making a sequel to Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures. Coming this fall on PS3, Xbox 360, Wii U, and 3DS, the sequel continues to capitalize on the surprising success of the Disney XD Pac-Mananimated series. In fact, season two will begin later this year.
The sequel features a new story, with Pac having to defend PacWorld from Lord Betrayus' evil ghost army. In the game, players will explore Pacopolis, the Netherworld, the ocean, and space. As before, Pac will eat Power Berries to transform and gain new powers. The sequel adds new abilities, including PacZilla. Ghostly Adventures 2 will also introduce new vehicles, including Lemon Rocket and Pacerchini. In addition, Cylindria and Spiral are also playable, and will assist in new on-rail levels.
