Harmonix has finally unveiled its final DLC release for its Rock Band games. According to Polygon, it will be none other than Don McLean's American Pie. We'd call that pretty "appropriate."
As previously reported, Harmonix is moving on, with no Rock Band titles "in active development" anymore. The DLC catalog of over 4000 songs will still be available to purchase, with many of them available for 50% off.
"We hope that you'll all agree that this has been a tremendous run, and you should know it's a ride that we at Harmonix have been thrilled to be a part of," Harmonix's Aaron Trites said.
