Kingdom Hearts HD 1.5 Remix trailer recaps franchise story
by Andrew Yoon, Mar 21, 2013 2:00pm PDTWhile it appears this generation will come and go without a proper Kingdom Hearts game, you'll be able to relive the original in HD with the 1.5 Remix coming to PS3 this fall. As previously reported, the HD collection includes an HD version of Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix and an HD version of the PS2 remake of the Game Boy Advance game Re:Chain of Memories. There's also the cinematics from the DS spinoff game, 358/2 Days, but only the movies.
If that sounds confusing, it's because it is. Just like the franchise's utterly convoluted narrative. Watch this new English language trailer, appreciate the new visuals, and scratch your head in confusion as to how Disney ever greenlit these scripts in the first place.
