Thomas Was Alone coming to PlayStation 3 and Vita
by Steve Watts, Feb 27, 2013 10:30am PSTJust yesterday, Retro City Rampage creator Brian Provinciano took to Twitter to encourage indie development on the PlayStation Network. One day later, Thomas Was Alone creator Mike Bithell has announced a PlayStation 3 and Vita port of his indie darling.
The port will include all the content from the PC version along with 20 new levels, according to the dev blog. The PSN version will also include a director's commentary and cross-buy across both PS3 and Vita, according to the PlayStation.Blog. That means one purchase will unlock both versions of the game.
In addition, the console versions will have early access to "Benjamin's Flight" DLC. In the add-on, Benjamin searches for a secret before Thomas' emergence and gets a new jetpack ability in the process. Bithell said on his personal blog that it will eventually come to the PC and Mac versions as well, but he hasn't worked out exact dates yet.
