NIS America bringing three PS3 RPGs stateside
by Steve Watts, Feb 22, 2013 11:45am PSTNIS America has announced three new PlayStation 3 RPGs coming to North America this year. Disgaea Dimension 2: A Brighter Darkness and The Guided Fate Paradox are slated for a fall release, and Time and Eternity is set to come out this summer.
RPGFan reports that Disgaea is a direct sequel to the first game, celebrating the series 10th anniversary. It relies on the classic grind-heavy strategy gameplay of the original, with a few refinements like customization and status effects on the panels.
The Guided Fate Paradox is a roguelike, also from the Disgaea team, following a character with godlike powers who can protect or change people's fates. Time and Eternity is from developer Imageepoch, revolving around a girl named Toki who goes a bit berserk when her fiance is assassinated. Check out trailers for each of the games below.
