Report: Steam autumn and winter sales dated
by Steve Watts, Nov 20, 2012 11:30am PSTIf you're trying to cut back on spending this holiday season, you might want to lock up your wallet and give the key to someone you trust. Steam's annual autumn and winter sale dates have reportedly been leaked, and one of them is just around the corner.
Joystiq reports that the autumn sale will start tomorrow and last through November 27, followed by the holiday sale from December 20 to January 4. The beans were spilled by Artery Studios CEO Tamas Bako, who wrote that Valve had contacted him with the dates to ask about putting Secrets of the Magic Crystals in the sale. Joystiq also reports that a second indie developer has confirmed the dates with a direct e-mail from Valve.
Of course, Valve being Valve, don't be surprised if these sales start later than expected.
