Jet Set Radio for Vita delayed
by John Keefer, Oct 16, 2012 3:30pm PDTWhen a game makes our weekly release list, it is usually a done deal that it will be out. But Jet Set Radio for PlayStation Vita just had to buck that written-in-mud rule. Sega said it won't be out today as planned, with no word on just when it will be ready.
In a very short release, Sega said the game was delayed "due to necessary development optimizations," which of course could mean anything. A new release date announcement is coming "soon."
The HD version of the game was re-released on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 last month. Sega had been looking into cross-play possibilities between the Vita and PS3 versions, but that appears to have gone by the wayside.

It was supposed to come out today, but Jet Set Radio for Vita apparently hit some last-minute optimization snags. No word on when it will finally be released.
