Kojima Productions is expanding its operations into Los Angeles, according to a series of job listings posted yesterday by Konami. The company is seeking nine positions in all for the new studio, at least for the time being, ranging from animators to cinematic artists.
The company profile doesn't list an expected time for the new studio to open. This comes on the heels of Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, an open-world Metal Gear game. It's unclear if the LA studio would be working on that project or another, but studio head Hideo Kojima did directly say that Ground Zeroes isn't Project Ogre, so we know at least two games are in the works.
