by Steve Watts, Sep 06, 2012 3:00pm PDTRight alongside today's announcement of a PC Gold Edition, Trials Evolution is preparing to get more tracks and other assorted goodies. The "Origin of Pain" downloadable content pack will cost $5 (400 MSP) when it launches on Xbox Live sometime this fall.
The DLC will include 36 new tracks in all, along with a new BMX bike and new editor objects for crafting your own devious stages. The announcement also noted that more than 160,000 tracks have been shared with the editor, so you'd probably never finish all of them.
What the announcement doesn't mention is whether this pack will ever come to the PC edition. That game is set to launch early next year, complete with tracks from Trials HD, but it would make sense to port over the DLC eventually too.
