Nintendo's beloved living-in-debt simulator is coming back in "early 2013," the publisher has announced. The long-awaited 3DS entry in the Animal Crossing series was first announced in 2010, but little has been revealed about the game since. One of the new features for the still-untitled game is the ability to be the mayor.
