PlayStation Plus cloud storage expanding to 1GB
by Steve Watts, Aug 14, 2012 11:00am PDTAt Sony's Gamescom 2012 press briefing, the company outlined some upcoming plans for PlayStation Plus. Most notably, the Cloud Saving feature is getting a huge upgrade from 150 MB to a full GB, which the company says ensures that users will never run out of space to save games in the cloud.
The company also casually mentioned that the service will be expanding to PlayStation Vita, though it was vague on that front. Sony promised more information to come soon, so we'll update as details become available.
