Sonic Adventure 2 HD coming to PS3 and Xbox 360
by Steve Watts, Jul 16, 2012 11:30am PDTSega has confirmed earlier reports of a Sonic Adventure 2 port on current consoles, announcing the title during a "Sonic Boom" event held at San Diego Comic-Con. Coming to PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade, the game is due some time this fall.
The company even had a bit of cheeky fun with a leak last month from the Xbox Live Marketplace, calling the announcement a "totally unexpected surprise." It promises HD visuals, leaderboards, and achievements and trophies for the port. The announcement didn't give an exact date, but the "accurate" leak claimed October 3, making that a pretty safe bet.
