Level-5 and Studio Ghibli's Ni no Kuni: Wrath of the White Witch is now confirmed for a PlayStation release on January 22, 2013, having recently been delayed again. The revelation comes from the RPG's E3 trailer, which is every bit as lovely as you'd expect from revered animation studio Ghibli.

The trailer comes via IGN, those cheeky scamps who've once again wangled a timed exclusive on material publishers wish to be disseminated far and wide to promote their games.

To summarize my other post http://www.shacknews.com/chatty?id=28307898 what I'm actually trying to say about this game ultimately is - the actual in game gameplay worries me and I fear it might seriously detract from the rest of the game.

also I know I'm a purist with language but with only 2 trailers, I seriously think I'd want to play the game in Japanese with subtitles, the Western voice actors sound like shit

Do you speak Japanese? Just curious - I sometimes find that the true audio track only sounds better because you have no reference for whether it's good or bad voice acting, since you don't know the language.

I've heard that theory before and to be honest, who knows why - it's a psychology thing. I just suspect it may sound a lot better in Japanese. I never thought I'd be one to suggest that as I recall it being discussed on RebelFM and thought it was utterly ridiculous concept. However here I am thinking this is the one game I could do it for.

Also, no I don't speak the language.
