by John Keefer, May 30, 2012 6:45am PDTWith a title like Hitman: Absolution, you might expect the game to deliver some sort of religious undertones. But you probably weren't expecting the messengers shown in the new pre-E3 trailer released by Square Enix.
The trailer was teased yesterday in an image released by the publisher, but now we get to see 47 take on a band of nuns bent on delivering him to Hell. I'm not sure if the transformation from chaste to unholy has any significance except to unduly titillate, but there seems to be a gaping chasm between what the CGI imagery depicts and how the game will actually play.
Hitman: Absolution is slated to hit shelves for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on Nov. 20. A pre-order gets you the Hitman: Sniper Challenge standalone spinoff mission, already available on consoles. The PC version hits Aug. 1.

All these people banging on about it being tasteless, etc, etc...have you played Blood Money? Have you seen the chest on EVERY female in the game? Have you dressed as the pool boy during the Suburbia mission and then been dragged by a horny housewife to her bedroom for sex, only to knock her out with a sodium pentothal (?) hype then go next door and douse her daughters panties with Ether so you can knock out a patrolling guard who also happens to be a secret pantie sniffer?
Give me bad ass nuns in black latex EVERY fucking time.
