Out today, it adds five new chapters along with new enemies, bosses, room types, items, and a new final (final) boss.
Wrath of the Lamb is sold through Steam for $2.99. Here's the official run-down on the the many, many shiny new things WotL adds:

- 20+ new enemies!
- 25 new achievements!
- 15+ new bosses!
- 6+ new room types!

Which is certainly a respectable amount of content for three bucks.
