DmC: Devil May Cry delayed to 2013, coming to PC
by Andrew Yoon, May 21, 2012 4:45pm PDTAnd they keep on dropping like flies. Recent weeks have seen a number of high-profile games delayed out of 2012. Ninja Theory's upcoming Devil May Cry reboot is the latest title to move into 2013. Perhaps publishers have only just accepted that the world isn't going to end this year?
DmC will be available on PS3 and Xbox 360 on Jan. 15. In addition, Capcom has confirmed that a PC version of the game is also in the works. "Development is already well underway," the announcement confirms. (Given the game runs on Unreal Engine 3, porting shouldn't have been much of a problem in the first place, no?) However, as is typical for multiplatform PC releases, this version will release "later in 2013."
Xbox One won't allow indies to self-publish games
Microsoft won't cater to 'traditional desktop PC gamers' with first-party strategy
Kinect for Xbox One coming to PC
Xbox One does not provide any built-in DVR capabilities
Xbox One increases friends lists to 1,000
Xbox One achievements dynamic, not limited to single games
Battlefield 4 launching October 29; confirmed for Xbox One and PS4
