Persona 4 Golden confirmed for North America
by Alice O'Connor, May 02, 2012 4:00pm PDTFor those who missed Shin Megami Tensei: Persona 4 on the PlayStation 2, or those who simply fancy playing the RPG again, Atlus has confirmed that Persona 4 Golden will come to North American Vitas this fall. It was expected that the the jazzed-up port would come to North America when it was announced for Japan back in August 2011, but hey! Facts!
Persona 4 Golden packs "remastered" visuals, 50% more voicework, new Personas, "online rescue feature," new story events with a new character, new anime custscenes, plus "tons of fan suggestions and tweaks." Lots of shiny newness, then.
Past Persona revamps were for the PSP, but Atlus has made the jump to Vita now.
Should you fancy more P4 sooner than fall, there's always the, ah, fighting game Persona 4 Arena, coming to Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 this summer from BlazBlue developer Arc System Works.
Xbox One increases friends lists to 1,000
Xbox One allows players to auto-resume games through cloud
Xbox One achievements dynamic, not limited to single games
Xbox One Kinect reading emotions and heart rate
Battlefield 4 launching October 29; confirmed for Xbox One and PS4

Persona 4 Gold is going to be great on the Vita - I'm hoping the damn thing starts to get a great library this summer, fall, winter cause it's really a great piece of hardware and has the potential to be an amazing device.
I'm sure if Sony hasn't gotten it in the works yet but if they get Kingdom Hearts 3 on the Vita it will sell units huge - look what Dragon Quest did for the DS.
