But that's exactly what happened when Sony launched the "It Only Does Everything" campaign. Kevin Butler, fictional VP at PlayStation, became a hit amongst fans. In fact, the fictional character even made an appearance at one of Sony's E3 keynotes.
While Butler has yet to step into an actual PlayStation game, that's about to change with the release of LittleBigPlanet Karting.
Pre-orders for the game will include a free Kevin Butler DLC pack, which includes a special skin for Sackboy to don, and an "executive golf kart." We've seen this promo at Amazon and GameStop, but you may want to check with your local retailer to see if they are also participating.
