Originally planned as a Microsoft platform-exclusive MMO before being shelved, the game previously known as Marvel Universe was taken over by Gazillion following Cryptic's departure from the project.
Marvel Heroes is planned as a free-to-play title, giving players the ability to step into the tights of famed heroes like Spider-Man, Captain America, and more.
There is no current release window for the game.
