Ninja Gaiden 3 attacks retail in March 2012
by Xav de Matos, Dec 07, 2011 3:30pm PSTTeam Ninja has inched closer to a solidified release date for the next installment in the famed, and brutally hard, Ninja Gaiden series. Ninja Gaiden 3 will arrive on the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in March 2012, with a Wii U version planned to hit sometime after. According to reports, Team Ninja's Yosuke Hayashi revealed the news to journalists at a San Francisco event this afternoon.
As was previously reported, Ninja Gaiden 3 will attempt to offer casual gamers an opportunity to get in on the fun with the inclusion of a Move-enabled casual mode on PlayStation 3 and a standard-controller 'Hero Mode' that will enable automatic blocking and dodging of normal attacks.
Don't worry franchise fans, in my experience with the game during E3, I fully expect the title to still be punishingly difficult for users that select normal modes.
