The intriguing indie platformer Feist has finally received a more specific release window. Developers Adrian Stutz and Florian Faller say the game will hit PC and Mac sometime in summer of 2012. It's been a long road, but the title is shaping up nicely--as a newly released trailer shows.
The release news comes from GameSetWatch, which also points out a few notable things about this trailer. It shows our little protagonist beating enemies with sticks instead of only using projectiles. Plus, this is the first time seeing some of the enemies in action.
Feist has already won various indie awards, including Best Visual Design and Best Overall Game at the 2008 Unity Awards, Excellence in Visual Arts at the 2009 IGF, and 2010 Fantastic Fest Arcade Audience Award.
