Assassin's Creed Revelations delayed on PC
by Steve Watts, Sep 29, 2011 2:00pm PDTBad news for fans of PCs and stabbing fools. Ubisoft has delayed the PC version of Assassin's Creed Revelations to December, from its previously set date of November 15. This follows other recent PC delays like From Dust and Driver: San Francisco.
The console versions are apparently unaffected, and are still on-track for the November 15 release. "Assassin's Creed Revelations will launch on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on November 15 and PC in December," a Ubisoft rep confirmed to Joystiq. Odd, considering as of last week, an Ubisoft UK forum manager claimed the PC version is still set to release alongside its console brethren.
Given the company's habit for delaying PC versions of multiplatform games, today's news is unfortunately unsurprising.
