LittleBigPlanet 2 discounted, Move support added
by Steve Watts, Sep 07, 2011 2:30pm PDTIf LittleBigPlanet 2 slipped under your radar earlier this year, you might want to give it another look. Sony announced today that the price is being officially dropped to $39.99, just as the game adds PlayStation Move controller support and prepares for next week's big "Rise of the Cakeling" DLC.
The newly discounted price is already in effect at retail stores. A free patch, released earlier this week, added Move support, allowing players to use both the Move and Navigation controllers. A new tutorial will help you get used to the alternate control scheme:
PlayStation Move support is included in the game, even if you don't buy the upcoming Move-specific DLC. In addition, a limited-time free "World Peace" costume is also available from the PlayStation Store, so grab it while you can.
