ESRB reveals Klonoa: Door to Phantomile coming to PS3/PSP
by Steve Watts, Jul 19, 2011 2:30pm PDTA listing from the Electronic Software Ratings Board has revealed that the 1997 PlayStation game Klonoa: Door to Phantomile is making the trek to the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable -- almost certainly as a PS1 Classic. The entry shows that it's (unsurprisingly) rated E for Everyone, but doesn't share details beyond that.
For the uninitiated, Klonoa: Door to Phantomile was a PlayStation game from the heady days of furry video game mascots starring in platformers. It was popular enough to spawn a number of sequels, although only two versions of Klonoa 2 (for PS2 and Game Boy Advance) ever saw North American release. It received a Wii remake (sans subtitle) in 2009, which received generally favorable reviews.
