Report: Child of Eden coming Q2 in Europe
by Steve Watts, Feb 24, 2011 9:45am PSTWe have a better idea of when to expect Child of Eden, thanks to an updated launch schedule from Ubisoft. Eurogamer reports that the game has been set for Q2 2011, which means it will come out in April, May, or June.
Since the report comes from a European schedule, the release window may only be valid for that region. We've contacted Ubisoft to clarify if Q2 is the goal for North America as well.
Child of Eden will see a full retail release, though a price hasn't been given yet. The game is a spiritual successor to the cult classic Rez, and can be played with a controller or the Kinect on Xbox 360. For more coverage, check out our hands-on preview of the game from last year.
