Sadly, the 1.2 patch for StarCraft II has been pushed until next week. As soon as it goes live, expect a #shacknews chat room on Battle.net for organizing Shack matches and custom games.

Also, anyone interested in looking at SC2 statistics, build orders, win percentages, APM, and a ton more should go ahead and grab SC2Gears. This program doesn't interact with SC2 at all and runs completely off of replays. It will also autosave and rename your replays when it sees them pop-up in the SC2 folder.

It can also be used to easily upload replays, like so! I will never get tired of writing ER posts about SC2. Deal with it.

Don't you love how they show Windows 7 computers with a clean desktop and nothing unnecessary running during the Microsoft CES presentation.

Yet when you buy a laptop from a store, it comes with all this bloatware:

      I agree that PC vendors are the problem and I agree that hardware is important. I was only comparing the amount of work required of a Mac vs PC owner to get to a point where they can play PC games without bloatware.
      
      Besides, the majority of users, the non-techies aren't playing PC games enough to care whether the Mac is limiting their availability. Those people are probably quite happy with whatever consoles their running.
