Dragon Age 2 is slated to arrive for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on March 8, 2011. Pre-order before January 11 and you'll receive the BioWare Signature Edition for no additional cost, which packs an estimated $20 worth of bonus downloadable content.

On the other hand... the first game had some very questionable trailers which spun the game in a direction which didn't appeal to me either. That game ended up being great.
