Morning Discussion
Karl isn't the sharpest tool in the shed, so watching him experience new strange lands is hilarious and sometimes shocking. He was the key, if not the most important part, of the Gervais podcast series. The man is either a comic genius or naturally void of any intelligence. Either way, he has his charming moments.
The whole point is to send Karl--who has a freakishly round head--around the world. On one hand, Merchant wants to send him to see if Karl's simplistic (sometimes comically ignorant) outlook on like will change. Gervais just wants to put him through hell for his amusement.
Its pretty hilarious. Sadly, it's only on Sky1 in the UK, as far as I know. So, I'm forced to watch the scraps online. Let's hope Canada gets the show at some point. Check it out for a laugh.

Man when ever I see this type of stuff it makes me wonder why we as humans worry about anything else besides the fact that we are on a giant rock flying around a giant nuclear engine in a vast fabric of space surrounded by potential civilizations and knowledge.
People always give me shit when I don't get worked up on stupid petty things in my life. This is the reason why, none of it matters compared to the mystery of how any of this is possible when its so laughably impossible that it cannot be real.
I'm a bunch of expelled star dust that is amassed and working together to experience the surface of substances contained on a rock? And there are other expelled star dust beings doing the same thing? It makes no sense!
I want to know everything about everything, my thirst for the unknown is greater than the unknown itself.
Yet I'm stuck here on this small shifting rock and the only thing that doesn't suck is the Shack. :( -
For UK Shackers with iPlayer access, last week's Horizon on theories about what happened before the Big Bang was absolutely fascinating:
