Although the nine minute gameplay video for Irrational's second foray into the world of BioShock was set to hit tomorrow, the internet is an impatient place. Popping up all over YouTube after being launched exclusively on the Xbox Live Marketplace, we thought it would best serve the Shack Community to make the BioShock Infinite gameplay trailer available immediately. (Saving you from accidentally stumbling across hordes of awkward YouTube "vlogs.")

Of course, if you prefer to watch the video on your television, you can download it now on the Xbox 360. Otherwise, sit back and watch Irrational tear another beautifully built city apart from the inside, out.

Anyone else feel that with such a compelling, developed premise and interesting backdrop that the gameplay itself feels too typical and somewhat antiquated? All I can think of when I watch this video is that the technology for visuals has outgrown the creativity in design.

      Yeah, this. I'm not saying the gameplay or design is bad, it just leaves me wanting a gameplay experience as complex and mature as the other elements in the game. I love where the game is going visually and story wise, but I'm getting tired of "shoot this, smack things over the head" type interactions. I think this game will be great by current gameplay standards, I just want something more.
