The Collector's Edition will be available for the Xbox 360 and PS3 alongside the standard edition on November 16, 2010. The oversized box includes:

- Two Exclusive In-Game Single Player Maps
- Hard Copy Strategy Map of Rome
- Exclusive Art Book
- Bonus Disc: Exclusive Making-of Assassin's Creed Brotherhood Video
- Bonus Disc: Digital Sneak Peak at the Assassin's Creed Comic
- Bonus Disc: Trailers

Assassin's who pre-order Brotherhood at GameStop will also gain access to the upcoming multiplayer beta, which begins on September 13.
