Battlefield 3 Beta Access Included with Medal of Honor Limited Edition

By Brian Leahy, Jul 30, 2010 1:51pm PDT Out of nowhere, EA has announced that the limited edition of Medal of Honor will include access to the beta test for Battlefield 3 from DICE. Purchases of the LE will "receive an invitation to the Battlefield 3 beta within 12-months following the release of Medal of Honor."

This means that we should be seeing the beta for Battlefield 3 before October 12, 2011. Nothing else is known about Battlefield 3, but it was confirmed to be in development in June 2009. Sounds like a fall 2011 release may be in the cards.

We presume this means we'll see Battlefield 3 for the PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 as the beta details mention Xbox Live Gold being a requirement for Xbox 360 users. The game will use the Frostbite 2 engine, which powers Battlefield: Bad Company 2 and the multiplayer portion of Medal of Honor, both of which are PC, PS3, and Xbox 360 titles.

  • They're waiting for Bobby from Activision to give them word when the Rockefellers are ready to pimp World War 3. That's when they release Battlefield 3, for massive subconscious deployment for a sort of painless drafting. Call of Duty already did plenty of the desensitization to pave the way. (*hint** sarcastic half-truth*)

After that you will be featured on the Master of Puppets 2 album cover in 2013, this time it is you who had his strings pulled, for titanic level black magick rituals, to further the denseness of the earth's meridians.

May the grand cardinal cross pierce through the darkness.
