    They have no standard operating procedure. They insanely supported 1 game they released. That's right. Orange box. Sure it has multiple games in it, but it was sold as one. Half-Life 1 got expansion packs, nothing in the way of free updates. HL2 nothing going on. HL2 Ep1 they really didn't do anything either.
    
    So they don't really have a standard operating procedure outside of making good games. They supported the Orange Box so much it's actually having a negative effect on them. People are assuming every shit they take will be molded into something glorious for free. They can no longer just make a fucking awesome game. It's kinda sad.
