The poor soul just wanted some rest and relaxation, but no matter where he went--the Orient express, an English manor house, New York, a sleepy Maine fishing village--murders and mysteries were abound. Two huge salads a day. Pretty much just plain spinich or brocoli with chicken and some balsamic dressing. Two large protein shakes (60g strawberry protein, flax seed oil, stawberries, little bit of milk. Oatmeal or all-bran for breakfast. Whiskey instead of beer. No bread-type stuff.
Wish me luck Shack!
