Site Teasing Kojima Announcement Launches
by Nick Breckon, May 14, 2009 11:41am PDTA new website teasing the May 18 announcement of a new Kojima Productions project has been launched.
The site features a simple cloudy background (seen left) and the site header "Kojima Production Next." The webpage source code includes the words "MGS" and "METAL GEAR."
Metal Gear creator Hideo Kojima had already mentioned that he would be making an announcement during E3, while an advertisement in Famitsu nailed the announcement date at May 18.
Kojima has stated in the past that Metal Gear Solid 4 would be his last work on the series, but a continuation of the franchise has already been confirmed by associate producer Ryan Payton.

Almost every pre/post release MGS4 interview I read translated to there always being a future for the Metal Gear IP/universe as a whole - and that Hideo would always be closely involved with the projects in some form or another.
Either way, cant hurt to have more. I just would prefer more gameplay this time around. I don't mind the massive cutscenes, but the 6-8 hours of gameplay was a real bummer. I expected it to be about 50/50 and it really wasn't.

But If it's not MGS, then another possibility could be...Tornado Outbreak?

At the least, that matches the theme of storm clouds over a field.

GET IT SNAKE IN THE GRASS
I'm sure all it takes is moneyhats to pull him back in again though, I think he said something similar when MGS3 was released.
Which is great, because he makes fantastic MG games!
