  Do you guys ever play weird maps? If so, you should try a map I made a long time ago called "kdr_digdug" , I made it before breakfloor, and it uses similar design philosophies, but with less griefing possible since there is a hard floor on the bottom. The map name wasn't as appealing as breakfloor so not many servers ever took up using it.
