Starting to get a bit excited about this weekend's Frisco/Dallas Shackmeet of laser tag, bowling, gelato and doom. Maarten and I are both flying in tomorrow afternoon, as to not miss a moment of the Saturday hijinks. It's my first Shackmeet. Please, be gentle.

I know we could just block ports on the firewall (and this was discussed with the client) but they opted not to do that yet as they want to actually catch the person in the act of playing WoW at work.
We also don't restrict access/usage on these PCs as it used makes it a lot easier for us to manage and maintain, although lately I'm starting to think it would be better if we did restrict certain things on these computers.

A lot of low budget/free help desk apps also track the most used executables on systems and most require no client app.
