Some people like doubling up on episodes, some people like waiting for the DVD.
I know this Holly thing happened in the actual episode, but additionally, some people actively avoid watching trailers/previews, so stuff from there is also considered spoilers.
It might not seem like a big deal to you because you actually saw the episode, but people who read the spoiler without having watched it could assume it's something big and get really pissed.
It's best to just avoid it all and just use the spoiler tag.
