SOE Joins Steam with EverQuest, Pirates
by Nick Breckon, Jan 16, 2009 12:00pm PSTValve today announced that Sony Online Entertainment has joined the Steam family, bringing its many massively multiplayer titles to the digital distribution service.
The complete EverQuest and EverQuest II collections are now available on Steam, as well as Vanguard: Saga of Heroes, Pirates of the Burning Sea, and the most recent EverQuest expansions. All of the games will come packed with 30 days of free gameplay.
To celebrate the occasion, the following titles will be introduced at the reduced price of $14.99 for the next ten days: Pirates of the Burning Sea, Vanguard: Saga of Heroes, EverQuest: Secrets of Faydwer and EverQuest: Rise of Kunark.
