Xbox Live Arcade Continues Family Focus Wed.
by Chris Faylor, Jan 05, 2009 10:22am PSTRemember when Microsoft said that Lode Runner, The Dishwasher: Dead Samurai, South Park, Puzzle Quest: Galactrix and R-Type Dimensions would help ring in the new year for Xbox Live Arcade? Sadly, the first release of 2009 is not among these.
Instead, we get TikGames' family-friendly hide-and-seek adventure Interpol. The 800 Microsoft Point ($10) title has players examining pictures for clues that will help stop Dr. Chaos. Now published by Microsoft instead of Sierra, it arrives Wednesday, January 7.
Interpol joins a growing library of family-oriented downloadable games in the Xbox 360's online Xbox Live Marketplace, such as last week's release, Merv Griffin's Crosswords.
