Mass Effect PC Footage: See the Difference

The PC version of BioWare's sci-fi RPG Mass Effect marches out to retailers this week, and to celebrate the company has delivered three new gameplay clips.

Co-developed by Demiurge, the Xbox 360-to-PC port sports a number of enhancements, such as free downloadable content and a redesigned interface.

I'm more looking forward to the scenes where you chat to aliens and such... the combat looks neat, too, but it would have been nice if one of the movies was dialogue.

Should run nice on the 8800gts. It ran Assassin's Creed like butter.

Man this looks pretty sweet. I bought it on Direct2Drive, hopefully I don't regret it (d2d I mean, not ME).

This will take me away from Age of Conan for a while, which is a good thing since AofC needs some patching (lotsa fun though) ^.^

I see no difference. Apart from the redesigned interface the combat played out exactly like it does on the console. Bring up menu, game pauses, select special abilities, target enemy, unpause and continue.

So excited to start replaying this tomorrow. It looks a lot nicer now, and from the videos, seems like combat will be even better (as I quite enjoyed it originally)
