  I own a Wusthof set, "classic" handle, as well as a # of additions from the Wusthof collection. Well balanced, great knives, and sharpen easily w/ the sharpening rod if you know how to do it. Cooking with good knives makes it so much easier. Highly recommend Wusthof, as long as $$$ isn't an issue for you. (And, no, I don't put them in the dishwasher, as noted above, it takes all of about 10 seconds to clean a knife after use)
