Project Gotham Racing 4 Now Gold

Bizarre Creations' Project Gotham Racing 4 has gone gold, the company announced today. The title is now being mass-produced in preparation of its retail release for Xbox 360 on October 4.

Bizarre and Microsoft Game Studios have set up a website for the photorealistic racer with "the latest news, features and updates from the PGR universe and the team at Bizarre." Microsoft recently revealed a new 3D photo mode for the game in addition to some screenshots.

This is the racing game I'm most looking forward to. Couldn't get into Forza 2 really.

  Completely understand that. They're very different games, and while I love Forza, I'll also be buying this on release day.

    I never played PGR. How's it different from Forza? From what I've heard (and I haven't heard much), it's more arcadey in style, kinda like Need For Speed. Is that correct?
